I wasn't sure about the satin side insert at first, but it actually makes the fit feel so much more tailored and comfortable. The fabric is noticeably softer and more breathable than my old cotton nightshirts.

The flutter sleeves are the selling point for me—they move nicely without feeling bulky under blankets. It’s breathable enough for summer nights, though I wish the satin insert ran along the back for extra cooling.
