The fabric is noticeably softer than my old cotton gowns, which helps a lot when your skin is sensitive after surgery. The drain-friendly design is a lifesaver, though I wish the adjustable straps had a bit more give for taller women like me. Still, it’s the most comfortable thing I’ve worn in weeks
